Mr. Shaik Mastan is a Graduate in Law from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Political Science from the same university.His brought up environment, right from his childhood, made him a meticulous observer of different facades of life. Hardships of the deprived always haunted him. He noticed that able and eligible hearts were silent and they were not paying any attention to amend lives of the needy and deprived. Mr. Shaik Mastan's observation gradually underwent a transformation into observational research. His thirst for research is intact always. He received 'Certification' in 'Research Methodology' from Alexis Institute Initiative of the Centre of Alexis Foundation, Lucknow.

Mr. Shaik Mastan, having understood different agencies of social control and the system of governance, realized the need for committed reforms in political leadership to bring about excellence in the common man's life. He was the one-man-army behind AARAA's journey in the beginning. Today he strengthened the organization in such a way that many have designed their career under its significance.

Mr. Shaik Mastan is known for his deterministic commitment and dependable support. There are many leaders in the political circles in our country who are aware of Mr. Shaik Mastan's passion, achievement motivation and directional leadership.

Vangeepuram Srinivasa Chary

C.E.O.

Mr. Vangeepuram Srinivasa Chary is a Postgraduate in English and Education from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mr. Srinivasa Chary holds Postgraduate Diplomas in (1) Journalism and Public Relations, (2) Family Dispute Resolutions and (3) Television Production. He received International Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi, attending the course at the Regional College of Education (RIE), Mysore. In addition, Mr. Srinivasa Chary received another Postgraduate Degree in Master's Programme in Government (MPG) from the School of Government (SOG) in Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune achieving the Best Participant of the Year award along with a gold medal. It is interesting to note that Mr. Srinivasa Chary underwent the mandatory political internship of the MPG in AARAA under the guidance of Mr. Shaik Mastan the Chairman.

Mr. Srinivasa Chary has been in teaching, training and educational administration for over 25 years. He was the academic advisor and CEO in academic institutions of professional studies.

Mr. Srinivasa Chary's write-ups often get published in different dailies. More particularly, his editorial page articles are thoughtful. His discussions in different media channels are known for his unique analysis. He transformation from academics into political leadership is personal choice to contribute his best to social excellence.

Zainulabdin

Head, Operations

Mr. Zainulabdin is a Postgraduate in Business Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Besides being an expert in administration and management he is a thoughtful analyst by dint of his keen sense of interest in Science and Education.

Mr. Zainulabdin possesses rich experience in store management, marketing and research. Application of leadership in organizational expertise is his priority.

Mr. Zainulabdin has been the Head of Operations in AARAA for over six years. He looks after all the assignments related to organizational administration and research coordination.

Jagadish

Head, Technical

Mr. Jagadish is the Head of Technical Operations in AARAA. His inquisitive interest in scientific approach helped him in becoming an expert in the web world.

Mr. Jagadish is adept in the domain of designing. He has been in the field of graphic designing for a decade. Also he had been in web designing and development for eight long years.

Mr. Jagadish looks after the entire system administration in the organization. He directs, supervises and monitors all tasks related to technical coordination in different research studies.

Sameer

Head, Data Analysis

Mr. Sameer is the Head of Analysis in AARAA. He expertise in computers provided him with multitudinous opportunities to enrich his career.

Mr. Sameer has gained command over general administration and graphic designing. He was into electronic media and his editing abilities helped him to strengthen his task performance.

Mr. Sameer, in AARAA, is entrusted with the accountability of data analysis and setting of research reports.
